Each of our windowwall staff offers individual online appointment booking.
If you are a new client, you can also read each of their bios here. We do recommend that you reach out to your stylIst prior to booking to receive an accurate price quote and ensure that you schedule enough appointment time for your desired service.
PLEASE NOTE THAT when contacting the salon directly, WE ALWAYS STrIVE TO RETURN OUR CLIENTS’ MESSAGES WITHIN 48 HOURS.

ARRIVING
ARRIVing ON TIME for your appointment will ENSURE YOU RECEIVE THE BEST SERVICE. PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR TRAVELING AND PARKING AT THE SALON.
We know things happen, so IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE give us a call. WE WILL always MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. IF for some reason YOU ARE EXCESSIVELY LATE, your APPOINTMENT WILL LIKELY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED.
DENSITY AND LENGTH
IF YOU HAVE EXTRA DENSITY AND/OR LENGTH, PLEASE let us know when you are booking your appointment so we can make sure we schedule enough time with your stylist.

IN APPRECIATION OF OUTSTANDING SERVICES, AN 20% TIP IS CUSTOMARY. PLease note that if tipping by cash, we are unable to make change.
