How It Works

• Order AT-Home Kits and your favorite products from our store. INCLUDE THE NAME OF YOUR WINDOWWALL STYLIST SO THAT WE CAN REVIEW COLOR INFORMATION FROM YOUR LAST APPOINTMENT.

• We have two At-Home kits available:

  • WW TONER KIT ($75) :: THIS IS A GREAT KIT FOR BLONDE OR SOMBRE HAIR WHERE YOU JUST WANT TO TOUCH UP YOUR ENDS TO MAKE THEM SHINE AGAIN AND MAYBE CANCEL SOME OF THOSE UNWANTED BRASSY TONes.

  • WW Roots PLus TONER KIT ($100) :: THIS KIT IS IDEAL FOR GREY ROOTS (AND HATE THEM) AND WHERE YOUR ENDS NEED SOME SHINE.

• you can also purchase Kit ADD-ONS:

  • At-Home Roots EXTRA COLOR TINT ADD-ON ($25) :: INCLUDES ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF COLOR IN THE KIT FOR AN ALL-OVER COLOR OR TO TINT DOWN PREVIOUSLY HIGHLIGHTED HIGHLIGHTS.

  • R+CO INTENSE AT-HOME CONDITIONING TREATMENTS ($15) :: single application

• Add your favorite products to your WINDOWWALL order! Please support your favorite go-to salon for all your product needs, because after all, your stylist knows your hair best! You can also purchase Gift Cards on our site for your next salon visit!  You can also order your products, IF YOU NEED SUGGESTIONS FOR THE BEST AT-HOME HAIR CARE PRODUCTS FOR YOUR HAIR, JUST LET US KNOW.

• IF YOU’RE NOT A CLIENT, DON’T WORRY!! You can EMAIL us PHOTOS WITH YOUR CURRENT HAIR (INCLUDE GREAT PHOTOS OF ROOTS AND ENDS - THINK GREAT LIGHTING). ALSO SEND ALONG MORE PHOTOS OF DESIRED OUTCOME. WE WILL FORMULATE A COLOR FOR YOU!! 

• NOTE THAT THE COLOR MIX WILL BE GOOD FOR 5 HOURS ONCE YOUR KIT IS DELIVERED. INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE INCLUDED AND WE WILL HAVE POSTED HOW-TO VIDEOS BELOW.

• ORDER YOUR COLOR KIT from our store. Your order will be available for curbside pick-up each Thursday between 10:00AM - 5:00PM at the entrance of the Ford Building SE 11th street. PLEASE Call or text the salon at (503) 309-6008 when you arrive - we will meet you downstairs in front of the building. PLease do not come up to the salon.

At-Home How Tos

AT-HOME HAIR CARE TIPS from the experts

EXTEND YOUR COLOR :: Don’t wash your hair every day to extend conditioning and color treatments - Try R+CO DEATH VALLEY Dry Shampoo ($36).

MOISTURIZE :: If your hair is dry, apply a quality deep conditioner like a DAVINES Hair Mask ($10 FOR 1 application). Apply and cover your hair with a shower cap, then let it set for 30 minutes. Comb out with our IBIZA Detangling Comb ($22) or Arrojo Wet Brush ($32) and your hair will never have been healthier.   

BRUSH FAV :: Kelly's fav pick is the Arrojo Wet Brush ($32). If you are interested in a brush, we will let you know which one we recommend for you personally with your hair texture type. 

SHAMPOO MUST :: GEMSTONE Color Shampoo ($32) or BEL AIR Smoothing Shampoo ($26).

CONDITIONER MUST :: GEMSTONE Color Conditioner ($32) or DALLAS Thickening Conditioner ($27).

STYLING AGENT FOR WET HAIR :: Spray in R+CO ROCKAWAY Salt Spray ($26) and let your hair dry... beachy waves here you come!!  

BLOWOUT MUST :: DALLAS Thickening Spray ($29) and PARK AVE Blowout Cream ($29) with one of our 100% boar bristle IBIZA brushes.
